"Kind Words"

Dec 21, 2014

Mia,
I haven't forgotten the kindness, caring and superior care my mom received(Marion Zanski). I had some health issues of my own after mom passed in August hence why this e-mail is so late. From my first meeting with you in January to moving her in March to Hospice in July. At all times I felt her best interest was at heart. All the staff, day or night, were in touch with me immediately if something happened. They were quick to respond to all situations(falling down etc). All the little things they did that made her feel better...painting her nails, combing her hair, suggesting things to make her days easier(apple sauce to make pill taking easier). Her personal care was exceptional. I visited at times daily and she was always in clean clothes and hair combed. They were considerate enough to throw a load of laundry in when needed. You have a wonderful, skilled, caring staff. I don't know how they do it. I felt like they were family. I have since recommended The Cornerstone several times. It doesn't get any better. I will stop by sometime to visit.

Merry Christmas to everyone!

Janet
